Composition of Boldex Laxative 16 Caps - Naturasol:
Each capsule contains: Artichoke Leaf Extract (Cynara Scolymus L.) 200 mg, Boldo Leaf Extract (Peumus Boldus Molina) 200 mg.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
The standard usage for the Naturasol Boldex laxative is over 2 days, four capsules on an empty stomach and four capsules before bed.
The mild usage for the Naturasol Boldex laxative is over 4 days, two capsules on an empty stomach and two capsules before bed.
During the days of product consumption: avoid dairy and alcohol and maintain a light diet.
Do not consume doses higher than those indicated.
