It is a protein combination of whey protein concentrate and isolate, providing 25g of protein, 0 added sugars, and low in carbohydrates and fats. It contains branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), glutamine, probiotics, prebiotics, and a digestive enzyme (Lactase).

Directions for use:Mix 1 scoop (30g) of 100% WHEY ELITE in 8 oz (240 mL) of water and shake until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Once prepared, consume as soon as possible.
